We want to remind you that we are e-filing all Certificates of Publication with the Cook County Circuit Court. We have created an automated solution with File and Serve Illinois to e-file each day’s Certificates of Publication with the Cook County Circuit Court. This includes both legal and common Certificates for Foreclosure Sales as well as Certificates for Foreclosure Service notices. The e-filed Certificates appear on the View screen of the Notice on the PublicNoticeNetwork.net website.
We also want to remind you that we place all mailings for Foreclosure Service notices with all Illinois counties. In the case of downstate counties, we e-file the information with the Clerk. The County fees will appear in your invoices in the near future. Please remember to submit your Affidavit for Service by Publication when you submit your notice on the PublicNoticeNetwork.net website.
