Dave Glynn Retires; Welcome to Ilana Forbes

After thirty-two years with the company, Dave Glynn, Vice President and General Manager of the Courts and Public Notice, is retiring. Dave’s immediate need is to take care of his wife Lynne, who will be recovering from a stem cell transplant for Multiple Myeloma, a rare blood cancer. Lynne has been quite the warrior through this journey; everything is pointing to her successful recovery and remission.

Dave has had a long and interesting career at Law Bulletin Media. He first joined the company in 1994, coming from the law firm of Quarles & Brady (formerly Wilson & McIlvaine) to improve the DM2000 docket management product. Shortly before joining the PNN Team in 2017, Dave worked on the latest generation of the product of the DM2000 called JuraLaw. Dave was responsible for the digitalization of several Law Bulletin Media products over the years, including the web launch of the Chicago Daily Law Bulletin in 2004. Dave has worked in almost every area of the company.

“We’ve had so many exciting challenges. It’s been great to be part of the creative process to move each of the company products to the next generation. The Public Notice Network was our most recent accomplishment and it’s hard to believe that the new version of the product is almost ten years old.” Dave ultimately moved into the management of the Public Notice Network and the Courts with the exit of Catherine Juric. “I will miss the company and the great relationships with employees, court personnel and our beloved customers.”

We are happy to announce the addition of Ilana Forbes as Director of Operations for the Public Notice Network. Prior to joining Law Bulletin Media, Ilana was Director of HR Operations and Governance for the North Suburban Legal Aid Clinic. Ilana also spent time as a supervising attorney representing domestic violence victims and indigent clients in other matters. Ilana was a court-certified mediator for family law, landlord/tenant actions, and small claims cases. Her well-rounded experience will greatly help the customers of Public Notice Network.
