We’ve made it easy to publish your Assumed Business Name by submitting your notice online!

To get started, you’ll fill in your Business Details. Please note that the names and addresses must match the Copy of Legal Notice to be Published. This is a document provided to you when you register with the clerk. Next, you will enter the Registration Number and File Date and upload the Copy of Legal Notice to be Published. On the next page, you will enter the Owner Details. Finally, you can review your notice. You will be able to edit any information before checking out. The clerk requires Assumed Business Name notices to match the Copy of Legal Notice to be Publish, so please double check that names and addresses are correct. The payment you make at checkout covers the cost of all three publication dates.

Our staff will reach out if we have any questions once we’ve received your notice. After publication, we will hand-deliver the signed certificate to the clerk on your behalf. They will send your business registration.

Assumed Business Name notices must begin publishing within 15 days of the Registration Date, so make sure to submit your notice as soon as you have your Copy of Legal Notice to be Published. If you are close to the 15-day deadline, or if you have any questions about publishing, please email us. We’ll be happy to assist you!
