PNN Handles Service Notices in All Counties

It has come to our attention that many of you have received letters from several Clerks of the Court indicating that they are using a specific vendor for service notices.

When PNN learns that a county is distributing this letter, we phone the Clerk, and in each instance, they have told us that their agreement is not exclusive and they are happy to work with any vendor, including PNN.

We value your business and encourage you to let us know if you receive such a letter. We will be happy to follow up with any of the Clerks to verify that their agreements are not exclusive.

PNN can help you with publication in all counties across the state. We:

  • start publications on the next available publication date

  • offer the firm a flat rate with no markups

  • supply the statutory mailings to the Clerk provide invoices, tear sheets and certificates

  • have an online portal available for notice submission.

All of these features have been part of PNN for a very long time and will continue to be an integral part of our service. Additionally, our Tech Team is constantly working to add features and enhance our current components, many of them in response to your requests and suggestions. If there is something you'd like to see us offer that we currently don't, please reach out and let us know.
