You can submit select Cook county notices directly through our website. This convenient option shows your notice build up as you input information, letting you see the finished notice before checkout. Below are some helpful pointers to make using our website even easier.

  • For probate publications, check the date of death. The claims period in Illinois is limited to two years after the date of death (though this claims period may be shortened through publication). If the decedent in your case passed away more than two years ago, you most likely do not need a claims publication.

  • Our website now has a template for Omitted Heirs publications. This publication is usually ordered when heirs were omitted or not notified in a previous publication, or if the claims period for the estate has passed.

  • Our website only accepts Cook county cases at this time. If you need to place a notice for another county, please reach out to our staff at PublicNoticeNetwork@lbpc.com

For assistance selecting the best template for your case, or if you don’t see an appropriate template on our website, you can always contact us at PublicNotice@lbpc.com
