Our website allows you to submit several types of probate notices. Selecting the right template for your case ensures that your notice meets the necessary requirements and prevents any delays in publishing. Here’s a guide for our most common probate templates:

Claims without notice to heirs

This template gives notice to creditors of a death. This is the appropriate template to select when the decedent died less than two years ago and there are no unknown heirs (or if all heirs have already been given notice).

Claims with notice to heirs (Intestate or Will)

This template gives notice to both creditors and heirs. Select this template if there are known or unknown heirs who require notice via publication and the decedent died less than two years ago. There are two versions of this form, Intestate or Will.

Notice to Heirs without Claims (Intestate or Will)

This template has language only for giving notice to heirs. Choose from the two versions of the form, Intestate or Will, as appropriate for your case.

Final Report of Independent Representative

If you need to notify interested parties that an estate that was administered without court supervision is about to be closed, this is the correct template for you.

Petition for Letters of Administration

This is the template you need if you are filing a petition to grant letters of administration.

Notice to Omitted Heirs

This template has language notifying omitted or unnotified heirs. Select this template if heirs were omitted or not notified in a previous publication, or if the claims period for the estate has passed.
